Each Abundance studio offers a variety of programmes and classes to support a consistent practice and to accommodate your skill level, preferred style, and fitness goals.


Yoga

At Abundance the core of our programmes and the foundation of our practice is Hot Power Yoga – a challenging vinyasa-style classed heated to 30° C. We also offer varying forms of traditional yoga to complement the challenges of Power Yoga.

 


Pilates

Abundance Pilates is a full body workout with an emphasis on the muscles of the core, or ‘powerhouse’, of the body; conditioning these muscles creates a strong, lean physique that can efficiently support physical demands.


Barre Beautiful

Barre Beautiful is New Zealand’s very own home-grown barre workout – a ballet inspired workout intertwined with yoga and Pilates.
