Yoga, Filo-sophy and Positive Psychology Series

Join Kathleen for an eye opening, transformative workshop where we will practice yoga and look at and discuss how yoga philosophy as well as modern day psychology can give us actual tools to help overcome insecurities and move towards being the brightest best version of ourselves.

Based on traditional yoga philosophy aswell as the New York Times best seller The Tools’ book, co-written by 2 ground breaking psychotherapists Phil Stutz and Bary Micheals. These tools and this book is making a huge impact in Kathleens life and so she wants to share these gifts with you!

Your Philosophy Workshop includes:

  • Yang Yoga practice
  • Guided pranayama (breath work)
  • Guided meditation
  • Open discussion about yoga philosophy of the Kleshas; Avidya (unconsciousness), how they relate to modern psychology and how we can use both to reach our ultimate potential and be the best versions of ourselves.

Barre Workshop

Barre is an upbeat, energetic workout linking dance, Pilates, and yoga. It’s the dancer’s workout, without the dance…so no dance experience is required. Barre promotes stability, balance, and muscular endurance that chisels and defines the whole body. Feel toned, tight and graceful.
